If you aren't able to download the guide, there must be something wrong with the secure servers in which our guide is securely stored. This might be temporary, but still if you are not able to download the guide, reply and I will send the guide to you ASAP
Also, check you have WinZip otherwise you wont be able to view the guide. Adobe Acrobat reader is required too. (both are freely available leagally over the internet.
If the download has completed, My Guide still has to be manually opened from the location where you have saved my guide. Example: If you have saved the Guide at this : C:Windowsrunescape gold guide volume III.Zip you need to open this folder and check for the Zip file. If you cant find the gide, please reply and ask for the guide again. I will be glad to send it to you again.
